Mmm, hops...
Starr Hill brewmaster Mark Thompson is inspired by music in many ways. Without too much Googling that will be evident if it's not already. Northern Lights IPA is terrific and you may say 'Well, that's coming from an IPA lover.' Right. That's why! And Grateful Pale Ale? Smells like an IPA but only 16 IBU's and the kind of beer you can have more than two and still recite the alphabet backwards (unless you couldn't do that before two beers then...) Anyway, thanks to Mark Thompson, to Bill from MyBeerBuzz.com, and to you for listening! Best, John (webster@wilknewsradio.com)
