Heading To The Jury

The jury could get the case in a Lackawanna County murder trial later today. Jason Dominick took the stand in his own defense for the past two days denying he killed Frank Bonacci last summer. Prosecutors say Dominick pulled the trigger killing the Dunmore man in an apparent rivarly over a woman both men dated.  Dominick told jurors it was another man Neil Pal who killed Bonacci. A firearms expert and Scranton Police Detectives also took the stand yesterday. Dominick is facing first and third degree murder and conspiracy charges.
