Ice/Snow in NEPA as March goes out like a lion



Northeast Pa. was hit by ice and snow early this morning, with areas receiving from less than an inch up to 10 inches in the higher elevations.  Schools have decided to delay classes due to the weather.  Click here for the StormCenter closings and delays.
