Despite recent buzz in the media, the Governor isn't changing his mind on the use of medical marijuana in Pennsylvania. At least one proponent in the Senate isn't happy about it. A spokesman for Governor Tom Corbett says recent reports that the Governor might be softening his opposition to the use of medical marijuana are not accurate. Corbett was reported to be more agreeable, if the Food and Drug Administration were consider it legitimate medicine. Montgomery County Senator Daylin Leach, who sponsored a bill to legalize its use, says the Governor can make the medical marijuana decision on his own.
