Yudichak Wants To Trim P.S.U. Board

Penn State is getting a legislative nudge as it continues its review of board governance structure in the aftermath of the Jerry Sandusky scandal.
State Senator John Yudichak, of Luzerne County, is proposing a bill that would cut the board from 30 to 23 voting members, with the secretaries of education and agriculture becoming non-voting members.
