Wilkes-Barre is now looking at it's 12th homicide of the year. The multiple bullet wounds found in the body of 46 year old Eduardo Madera made the ruling official yesterday. He was found lying on the floor of the kitchen of 320 East Northampton Street early Wednesday by a woman described as his girlfriend. She said he was unconscious and bleeding but by the time police got there he was dead. Madera had been in this area years ago and recently moved here from Missouri. He had problems with police in both states.
