Two sides to the story. not unusual at a trial. and now the defense is presenting it's version at the trial of an elderly Wyoming woman who allegedly did some things with bad intentions. 44 year old Dawn Simyan testified that she was poisoned by 81 year old Helen Galli with antifreeze that was put in her juice. Simyan said her boyfriend...Galli's son, Victor....handed her the drink in March of 2010. Simyan said it made her very sick. Victor Galli testified that his mother did not give his girlfriend the drink. The defense is trying to show that Simyan has a drinking problem and might have consumed the antifreeze on purpose for attention or by accident while under the influence. The defense and prosecution say that the women were at odds because both wanted to be close to Victor. The prosecution concluded it's case this morning and the defense is now in charge of the direct questioning.
