A new CDC report says the number of middle and high school students who've puffed on electronic cigarettes has more than doubled in just a year. One state lawmaker has been trying to put a stop to that. Senator Tim Solobay is sponsoring a bill that would ban the sale of electronic cigarettes to minors in Pennsylvania. He says there's a lot we still don't know about the long term use of electronic cigarettes. He introduced the bill earlier this year. It's awaiting action in the senate judiciary committee.
