The fomer Wilkes Barre city towing contractor Leo Glodzik will be spending time in the Luzerne County Correctional Facility. Just not all at once. A sentence of 3 to 12 months in prison handed down on theft charges but he will be given immediate work release. He's to report next Friday.

Scranton Police continue to investigate late night gunfire in the city. Officers were called to the area of Prospect Avenue and Moosic Street around 11pm. Police in Butler Township are investigating reports of a bank robbery. It happened just after 10 this morning at the National Penn Bank on Route 309. The suspect is a white male, wearing a hat, glasses and seen driving a red or burgundy Ford Taurus. There were no reports of injuries or what he got away with.
