A man Sugar Notch Police say has been involved in a spree of serial burglaries in and round the Sugar Notch area has upped his number to 10. 24 year old Gregory Sean Richards was arrested and arraigned on charges that include Burglary and Criminal Trespass among others. The latest stems from a reported burglary of cash and jewelry on Maple Street in the Boro earlier this month. Officers say Richards confessed saying the money was to support his heroin habit. He's in the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.
