Attorney Danielle Ross remains free with the 15th of April circled on her calendar. That's the date she's due in federal court to face two counts of tax evasion and two counts of filing false federal income tax returns. A grand jury delivered the indictment. She pleaded not guilty this morning. Some money she made representing children in custody cases allgedly went unreported. Ross has to stay away from existing clients and is not allowed to accept new ones.
