Kane Crushes Lottery Privatization

Former Lackawanna County prosecutor....now State Attorney General...Kathleen Kane will NOT okay the contract that would hand over managment of the Pennsylvania Lottery to British firm Camelot Global Services. According to the Central  Penn Business Journal Kane says the power to privatize the lottery lies with the legislature and not the governor's administration.
