The jury that was selected yesterday to hear the theft trial of Wilkes Barre Township Fire Chief John Yuknavich spent the day yesterday waiting for things to begin and were told to return today. They were sent home shortly after arriving this morning and the trial has been postponed. It was due to a continuation of a verbal sparring match between the Judge hearing the case and an Assistant District Attorney over certain pieces of evidence. Yuknavich is charged with using fire department money and credit card to address his own personal debt.
