A common tool on a state trooper's belt is missing after a ruling by a Dauphin County judge. The quality of the readings came into question, so state police will no longer use the Intoxilyzer 5000 breathalyzer during a suspected DUI stop. Trooper Tom Kelly tells WILK's Webster and Nancy the blood test is the preferred method for making a strong case.
