Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein, of California, has introduced a bill that would ban 158 rapid-fire rifles and pistols in addition to prohibiting gun-magazine clips that hold more than 10 rounds. Republican U.S. Senator Pat Toomey, of Pennsylvania, joined WILK's Sue Henry today.
He says shootings like the one in Connecticut all feature a deeply disturbed young man and a public policy response should address that type of individual. Restricting "...the rights of law-abiding citizens doesn't make anybody safer."
