An anti-bullying bill has been reintroduced, aimed at providing a clearer definition so that incidents do not go unnoticed. It's estimated that 85% of bullying incidents go unreported. The PASS Act would require the state to develop a model policy to more clearly define bullying and what should be done in response. Schools could adopt that policy or formulate one of their own. The bill also calls for an on line reporting and tracking system to make sure bullying is addressed when it happens.
