The Corbett administration has signed a 20 year contract to hire a British firm to manage Pennsylvania's Lottery. Governor Tom Corbett says the partnership with Camelot Global Services will maximize lottery profit to secure predictable funding for programs that benefit Pennsylvania's dramatically growing senior population. He emphasized that it's a partnership - he said they're not getting rid of the lottery. The attorney general's office has 30 days to review the contract for form and legality.
