Another shooting in Wilkes Barre today. Police have been on the scene since shortly after noon on Coal Street near Alan Grocery and Deli investing the incident in which a man, who has still not been identified, was said to have been shot in the stomach. He was taken to Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center. It was just around 4:15 this morning 42 year old Leroy Smith was fatally shot and 20 year old Jamal Martin is under treatment in critical condition after an incident in the 100block of Scott Street near Don Kasper's Watering Hole.
