It's seems it's been happening a lot. Instead of neighbors waking up to alarm clocks, alarmed neighbors are waking up to gunshots. Bullets flew early this morning in the East End section of Wilkes-Barre. Where they landed was a worst-case-scenario.. WNEP reported this morning that one man is dead and another has a head wound after shots were fired around 2:30 this morning in the 100 block of Scott Street. A police officer was among those who heard them and he was on the scene in no time. Two young men were down in the street. One of them was pronounced dead there. The probe is in it's early stages. Call Wilkes-Barre police if you can help.
