A Pennsylvania judge isn't indicating when he might rule on an attempt by Jerry Sandusky's lawyers to get a new trial on child molestation charges. The lawyers say they didn't have enough time to prepare for the first trial. Sandusky was convicted of 45 counts of child sexual abuse. The former Penn State assistant football coach is serving a sentence of 30 to 60 years.
