Progress made in a case that broke in July and stayed hot throughout the summer. Then there was fear that it went cold. but apparently not in the eyes of investigators who are announcing that 40 year old Daniel Loughnane, of West Liberty Street, Hanover Township turned himself in this morning to face a felony charge....accidents involving death. It stems from the hit-run death of 19 year old Rebecca McCallick. the King's College student was hit by a pickup truck in front of 199 Hazle Street in Wilkes-Barre early in the morning of July 24th.
