A court action was filed today by Luzerne County District Attorney Stephanie Salavantis challenging the appointment of three members of the Luzerne County Flood Protection Authority. There are no allegations of wrong doing by the three but rather their appointments. Kevin O'Brien, William Falls and Douglas Ayres according to a release by the DA are performing their duties in good faith but did not meet the qualifications to sit on the board.
