Seek Death Penalty In Triple Kill

It's probably the most serious crime. And prosecutors are going after the most serious penalty. The Luzerne County District Attorney's Office has indicated it will seek the death penalty in the summer shooting deaths of three young people in Plymouth. The prosecution's target is 18 year old Shawn Hamilton. He and his 16 year old brother, Sawud Davis are charged with criminal homicide and robbery. A hearing is set for next month to see if Davis can be tried as an adult.
