An 18 year old involved in a triple fatal shooting in Plymouth this past summer could face the death penalty. According to the Luzerne County District Attorney's office a notice of intent to seek the death penalty was filed today against, Shawn James Hamilton. He is the alledged shooter in the incident. The DA is also trying to get a 16 year old involved in the same shooting tried as an adult.
