His attorney's tried to have the charges dismissed due to lack of evidence but a Lackawanna County judge ruled there is enough evidence for suspended Old Forge Police Chief Larry Semenza to go to trial. The 48 year old is accused of sexually assaulting a then teen age girl in 2005. Two others are also accused and are awaiting trial on similiar charges in the case. No trial dates have been set for any of the men.
