Spanier Wants Charges To Go Away

Former Penn State University president Graham Spanier wants a judge to dismiss the charges against him related to the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse case. Spanier faces obstruction of justice, perjury, endangering the welfare of children and other counts. Spanier's attorneys filed a motion for dismissal yesterday.
