Mt View Eagles boys soccer wins state championship
The Mountain View Eagles boys high school soccer team wins the state Class A championship in Hershey. The team finished with an undefeated season and beat runnerup Sewickley Academy 1-0. Austin Mack scored the only goal of the game in the 2nd half, and goal keeper Bobby Pfahl made a great save in the last minutes of the game to secure the win. This is the first Lackawanna League team to make it to the state championship game.
