Governor Tom Corbett observed Veteran's Day by ceremonially signing seven bills on Monday. each is designed to benefit the state's vets. One of the new bills creates a Veterans Trust Fund to aid veterans programs. Its sponsor, Senator Lisa Baker, of Luzerne county says a "thanks you" isn't quite enough.
