Penndot's James May provided WILK with an update on that bridge situation in Lackawanna County...and it's pretty serious. A truck hit the underside of the Moosic Street Bridge, which spans the Central Scranton Expressway, then continued. The bridge will be closed for months while the damaged portion is replaced. The cedar avenue ramp to interstate 81 is also closed.
