The attorneys for former state Senator Ray Musto continue to push for either a dismissal of the charges or postponement of musto's trial indefinitely. Federal judge A. Richard Caputo refused to do so, so the attorneys have filed a notice of appeal, arguing the 83 year old former lawmaker from Pittston could not handle the stress of a trial or preparation for it...and it could have fatal implications. They also want Caputo to pull back his order that calls for jury selection to begin on the 26th of this month. Musto is accused of bribery, fraud and lying to federal agents
