The Luzerne County Transportation Authority board is not going along with the wish of one of it's members. Patrick Conway made a motion to put LCTA Executive Director Stanley Strelish and operations director Robb Henderson on administrative leave pending the outcome of a civil suit filed by a female bus driver who alleged she was sexually harassed while on the job. The motion failed.
