The Democrat running for attorney general says she wants to know why the Jerry Sandusky investigation took 33 months. At a debate last night former Lackawanna County Assistant District Attorney Kathleen Kane called for an independent review. Republican David Freed is the Cumberland County District Attorney and he says he'd conduct a review similar to those involving a use of force by police officers.
