Scranton Police Detectives have charged 38 year old Stanley Eskra with burglary and criminal trespass and other charges in connection with an incident at a business in Keyser Valley this past March. He waived his preliminary hearing on the charges today. Detectives investigated a break in at the Ben Weitsman Scrap Yard on N. Keyser Ave where 120thousand dollars was discovered missing. According to an affidavit of probable cause, the investigation led police to Eskra, who had been terminated not long before the break in. When Eskra was questioned by detectives he admitted to the crime to fund his drug habit.
