Beginning Monday, PA American Water Company crews will be making repairs to a broken valve in the Parsons section of Wilkes Barre. Work will be done on George Avenue beginning at 10am and is expected to last 5 hours. Water tankers will be set up at The Anthracite on Scott Street and the entrance to the Housing project on Mineral Street.
