Guilty on all 19 counts was the verdict handed down by Lackawanna County President Judge Tom Munley today against William Robert Woods. It was in connection with a fire in 2009 at his ex girlfriends house on South Hyde Park Avenue in Scranton. That fire claimed the lives of two of her children. Woods now faces life in prison with no possiblity of parole. No sentencing date has been announced.
