Former state senator Bob Mellow will get another day in court. This one is for sentencing. And that date is November 30th according to a federal court posting. His Attorney, Sal Cognetti Junior, had a month-long vacation planned and wanted a date in December. Mellow admitted to conspiracy to commit mail fraud by using his staffers do political work while on the state clock, and conspiring to file a bogus tax return.
