PA State Police at Dunmore say they have located the woman who drove the wrong way on Interstate 81 in Lackawanna County last week. Three vehicles collided to avoid her vehicle. There were no injuries. No word yet what, if any, charges the 84 year old might face.

Creeks and streams are being closely watched as yesterdays heavy rains are causing them to rise. There is a chance of some minor flooding in low lying, uninhabited areas. Major rivers are expected to crest below flood stage. A flood watch is in effect until tomorrow.
