A Wayne County dentist was arrested today on charges that he fraudulently billed the Medical Assistance program for more than $75,000 worth of patient procedures that were allegedly not properly performed or not administered. 52 year old James Fruehan of Clarks Summit who owns and operates Fruehan Family Dentistry in Hamlin, is charged with one count of Medicaid Fraud and one count of theft by deception. He waived his preliminary hearing and was released on bail.
