The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's Click it or Ticket campaign begins today and runs through December 2nd. Pennsylvania State Police will be looking out for drivers and passengers that are not properly buckled up, reminding people that the seatbelt law is a primary offense for those under age 18. Troopers will also be out looking for aggressive driving and other violations during the busy holiday travel period. And they will be offering free child safety seat inspections statewide.
