Republican State Rep. Tarah Toohil, of Luzerne County, told WILK's Sue Henry yesterday that the video that surfaced on YouTube shows her as she was 15 years ago. It's a video of three photos depicting what looks like a bag of pot, a bong used to smoke the stuff and toohill and another woman close to kissing. There's no indication that Toohill smoked what appears to be marijuana. Toohill responded with her own video saying, in part, "I am not that young woman today. This is a blatant and personal attack against me as a legislator." She went on to say
"I am speaking out because I feel compelled to address the young people who may have seen the video. If you think that doing drugs is cool, it's not."
