DA Makes Seeking Death Penalty Official

Pike County District Attorney Ray Tonkin filed a document Tuesday listing aggravating circumstances that could send Eric Frein to the state's death row. Frein's formal arraignment is scheduled for tomorrow at the courthouse in Milford.

Pair Sought in Attempted Hold Up

Kingston Police are on the lookout for a white man and woman who attempted to hold up Steve Hydock's Diamonds on Wyoming Ave. It happened just after 11:30 this morning. Police say the pair walked in and showed a gun. They left on foot without getting anything.

Week 2 of the trial of Hugo Selenski is underway at the Luzerne County Courthouse. Taking the stand, Paul Weakley Selenski's alleged accomplice in the murders of Michael Kerkowski and Tammy Fassett. Weakley pleaded guilty to the murders in federal court and faces life in prison.
