Sno Mountain President Denis Carlson is out....ordered out of the position by a bankruptcy judge. He's also been directed to, among other things, preserve written and electronic records. The move comes after a group of investors and creditors recently filed an involuntary Chapter 11 petition to put Sno Mountain into bankruptcy, and bounce Carlson in the face of alleged fraud and misappropriation of funds. The ski/waterpark complex has been in rough financial shape. Sno Mountain continues to get ready for the winter season and creditor group spokesman Scott Tattar is quoted in the Times-Tribune as saying 'the management of Sno Mountain is firm in it's position that it is in a solvent and vibrant position moving forward."
