New gun control laws are unlikely to pass Pennsylvania's Republican-controlled General Assembly, in the wake of December's school shooting in Connecticut. State Rep. Daryl Metcalfe (R-Butler) has introduced a bill that would make any new federal gun laws un-enforceable in Pennsylvania.
