Those PPL customers without power can obtain free three 10 pounds bag of ice and three gallons of water daily. Customers must just identify themselves as a PPL customer at the time. Locations participating include, Weis Markets, Joe's Kwik Marts, Caputo's, Wychock's Beverage, and Short Stop Markets.
