It looks like these are "lien" times for Leo Glodzik. as in l-i-e-n. The owner of L-A-G Towing in Wilkes-Barre is looking at deep debt according to a lien filed by the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue. It says he owes $519 thousand dollars in state income taxes. This latest problem comes on top of Glodzik's arrest after he allegedly stole $21 hundred that the feds planted in a car he towed as part of a sting operation. Glodzik had the towing contract with the city of Wilkes-Barre but it has been suspended.
