A federal lawsuit has been filed by former Luzerne County Judge Ann Lokuta against those she believes were responsible from removing her from the bench. She is seeking monetary damages and to reverse a state Supreme Court ruling that currently bars her from running for judicial office. She was removed from the bench in 2008 after a state discipline court convicted her of misconduct.
