A hearing conducted this morning for 40 year old Daniel Loughnane, of West Liberty Street in Hanover Township ended with the case being forwarded for trial. He faces a felony charge of accidents involving death. Investigators alleged it was Lockney at the wheel of a pickup truck that hit and killed 19 year old Rebecca McCallick then left the scene. She was struck in front of 199 Hazle Street in Wilkes-Barre early in the morning of July 24th of last year.
