PennDot in Dunmore announces that all of this morning's roads closed due to sudden icing are now open for traffic. But not all of them were mere fender-benders. There was a major tie-up on the turnpike this morning caused by accidents, one of which was a fatal. It happened near the bridge in South Abington Township.
