Luzerne County's proposed spending plan for next year comes in at $122.25 million and doesn't call for a tax hike. County Council backed off on voting on the package in order to give people a chance to review the plan with it's recent adjustments. It an be found on-line at www.luzernecounty.org. The final vote could come next week.
