Jihad Linney of Paterson New Jersey was arrested and charged by Scranton Police for his alledged involvement in two separate robbery/muggings that have taken place in the city recently. One on November 2nd, in the 500 block of Monroe Ave the other, November 16th in the 100 block of Olive Street. Charges are also pending against another man police say was involved in the November 2nd incident and continue to work to determine the identity of another man believed to be involved in the second.
